Barb
Barb wears many hats at the Aberdeen Area Career Planning Center. She tutors students in GED preparation, English language skills, citizenship, carpentry, and the written portion of the South Dakota Driver Exam Test. She administers pre-tests and post-tests, trains Community Literacy Outreach volunteers, matches tutors with students, and facilitates advisory committee meetings. Barb works closely with Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Her favorite part of her job is seeing people grow and succeed.
