The AACPC also has a variety of programs to help youth and students find the skills necessary to find a lasting job.
WIA-Youth
Youth Tobacco Prevention Group:
The Youth and Prevention Group sponsored by the Aberdeen Area Career Planning Center was held the month of April 2006. Students participating in this group were enrolled into the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Program.
Goals for this group included gaining educational and career information relating to the negative effects of tobacco use and the importance of quitting.
